Seefried Secures Full Building Prelease for O'Hare Logistics Center 16
Mount Prospect, IL - July 24, 2025 - Seefried Industrial Properties is pleased to announce the prelease of O'Hare Logistics Center 16, a 190,606 square foot Class A speculative distribution facility located at 1305 E. Algonquin Road in Mount Prospect, Illinois.
Accelerated Global Solutions, a growing leader in air cargo and freight forwarding services, will expand its operations into the new facility upon completion. The transaction marks a significant milestone for the project and reinforces ongoing tenant demand in the highly sought-after O'Hare submarket.
Situated on a 13-acre site within a fully developed infill pocket of Mount Prospect, O'Hare Logistics Center 16 sits just six miles north of O’Hare International Airport with immediate access to I-90, I-294 and other major transportation arteries. The location provides seamless connectivity to the airport cargo campus, downtown Chicago, and regional distribution networks, making it a prime choice for air freight, logistics and last-mile operations.

FCL Builders is serving as the general contractor for the project. Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer, and Harris Architects is the architect of record.
