Karen joined Seefried Properties in 2024 and currently serves as Director of Property Management. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 5.5-million-square-feet of industrial space, which includes managing budgeting, tenant services, preventative maintenance, sustainability initiatives, and coordinating with service and maintenance providers.

With over 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, including maintenance oversight, operational optimization, and regulatory compliance, Karen brings a wealth of expertise to her new role at Seefried. Prior to joining the company, she served as Senior Property Manager at Dalfen Industrial, where she managed a portfolio of industrial properties totaling over 4 million square feet. In this capacity, Karen oversaw all aspects of operations, personnel management, repairs and maintenance, tenant relations, strategic planning, fiscal planning, and risk management.

Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts from Trevecca University and later completed her Juris Master at Emory University.
