Ben Ochoa

Mr. Ochoa serves as Development Manager for Seefried’s Southern California Region. He is responsible for contract administration throughout the construction process including validation of change orders, project schedule and development budget adherence.

Earlier in his real estate career, Mr. Ochoa acquired valuable experience as a Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager with Miller-Davis and Graycor Construction. These roles have been instrumental in strengthening his understanding of the various construction activities including schedule and validating costs.

With just under 10 years in the industry, Mr. Ochoa has been involved in the development of approximately 10 million square feet of commercial real estate projects.
