Seefried Welcomes New Tenants to Tolleson Business Center

Tolleson (Phoenix), Arizona, April 30, 2010 -
Seefried Industrial Properties is pleased to announce new tenants occupying space at their Tolleson Business Center in Tolleson Arizona, a 153,927 square foot two building distribution complex located at the southwest corner of 83rd Avenue and Van Buren Street.

Seefried has leased 22,550 square feet to Omnisolv, Inc., a low cost leader of indirect supplies for retailers. The company combines the latest spend management technology with the latest methodology of supply chain management. Gary Anderson with Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented Omnisolv in the lease transaction.

Greg Smith Equipment, a company that provides automotive equipment offering a wide range of other products including tire changers, wheel balancers, and sandblast cabinets, occupies 17,403 square feet of space. Greg Smith Equipment was represented by Darren Butler of NAI Brannan Goddard in the lease negotiations.

Pin Point Gymnastics has also signed a lease for 5,368 square feet. Pin Point Gymnastics is a local Gymnastics Club offering very structured curriculum programs guiding students to competition levels. Don Shikles with Commercial Properties, Inc. represented Pin Point in the lease transaction.
