Satellite North Distribution Center

Wednesday, December 03, 2008, Atlanta, Georgia -  CTDI, a global engineering, repair and logistics services provider to the communications industry, has signed a lease for 65,912 square feet in a 154,000-square-foot distribution building at Seefried Industrial Properties Inc.’s Satellite North Distribution Center in Buford. Nathan Anderson and Darren Butler of NAI Brannen Goddard repped CTDI in lease negotiations; Doug Smith and Will Lombard represented Seefried in-house.   Click for Flyer
