Phillips-Van Heusen Corp’s 561,600-square-foot lease renewal ranks #3 in Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Top 10 Industrial Leasing Deals of 2009.

Phillips-Van Heusen Corp., an apparel company that owns and markets brands like Calvin Klein, Van Heusen and IZOD, leases 421,200 square feet with an expansion deal for 140,400 square feet at Seefried Industrial Properties’ 420 Lee Industrial Blvd. in Austell, GA.

The property sits on 35 acres and is about 18 miles west of Atlanta in the Interstate 20 West/Douglasville Industrial submarket.
