Seefried Delivers New Build-To-Suit: The Home Depot RDC Facility

Completion of the 465,000 SF Rapid Deployment Center for The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer, is located in Central Crossing Commerce Park in Topeka, Kansas.ÂDeveloped by Seefried Industrial Properties, Inc. in a joint venture with USAA, the building is a state-of-the-art, tilt-wall distribution facility servicing Home Depot retail outlets in the area, which is part of a larger program at the Home Depot to improve supply chain; making it easier for stores to keep the right products in stock when customers need them.ÂTony Kepano of CB Richard Ellis represented Home Depot.Â
