LEASING SERVICES

The Leasing Team currently oversees the marketing for over 12 million square feet of existing and future product throughout 7 major U.S. markets.

Over the past three years, the Leasing Team has completed an average of 50 transactions per year including new leases, renewals and expansions, yielding an annual average transaction volume of nearly 2 million square feet per annum. The Leasing Team expertly leverages its relationships with the existing tenant base to create expansion and build to suit opportunities.

In addition, the Leasing Team continues to cultivate strong relationships with the local brokerage community, which helps to facilitate new leases and renewals.

MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Property Management group of Seefried Properties manages more than 17 million square feet of industrial product, including 160 tenants, across our seven key markets. Our hands-on approach, attention to detail and precise communication continually exceed tenant expectations.

Our property management philosophy stresses communication with tenants. Regular interaction with tenants and service contractors at each property provides valuable insight into tenant needs and contractor performance. This enables Seefried to proactively direct the activities of each property and maintain a Class A appearance with no deferred maintenance. Through meticulous and timely reporting, we keep tenants informed, so they can stay focused on their business knowing that we are in control of the property.
