Northern VA/Baltimore: 

Seefried Industrial Properties (SIP) entered into the Northern VA/Baltimore market in 2000.  SIP's first development was located in Dulles, VA, near Dulles International Airport, building five speculative industrial buildings which totaled 400,000 square feet.  We then branched into the Baltimore market in 2004 and constructed a 150,000 square foot build-to-suit call center for Verizon Wireless in Hanover, MD.  Since then we have done multiple developments in this region totaling nearly 1.2 million square feet of industrial product.  SIP's long term strategy is to become the premier Industrial Developer in the Greater Washington, DC / Baltimore Region as well as the "preferred developer" for Industrial Build-To-Suits in this region. We will accomplish this through our solid relationships with both the brokerage and tenant industries.
