Phoenix:
The greater Phoenix area is where Seefried Industrial Properties (SIP) decided to make their most recent mark in the industrial development arena. In the spring of 2007, SIP purchased 11 acres in the southwest valley, in Tolleson, Arizona. For their first industrial development, in their newest region, SIP constructed two speculative buildings totaling 154,000 square feet, with completion in October of 2008. SIP did not waste any time in securing their second parcel of land. In May of 2008, Seefried closed on 9.5 acres in Chandler, Arizona, located in the southeast valley. This development will also consist of two speculative buildings which will total 131,319 square feet between both buildings. The focal point of SIP in Arizona will be to become the “Developer of Choice” like we have become in so many of the other regions that we are currently a part of. To accomplish this feat, we will continue to develop solid relationships with both brokers and tenants alike.
