Seefried Properties offers a unique structure to Build-to-Suit clients for lease or ownership. Seefried provides single source accountability via the day to day involvement of a Seefried partner on all projects.
Seefried utilizes an outsource approach to customize the project team that allows Seefried and the client to interview and select the most qualified architects, engineers, consultants and contractors for a specific project. The client determines its desired level of involvement in the process.
Due to the outsource structure, all aspects of the Build-to-Suit process are open book and fully transparent with no hidden profit centers or conflicts of interest that can stem from vertically integrated developers.
Seefried offers a comprehensive range of development services and implements these services with a very detailed process. Working closely with the client, Seefried programs the client’s current and future facility needs utilizing the collective experience of the team to scope, specify and construct a facility of the highest quality. Seefried has completed a broad range of Build-to-Suits ranging from 25,000 square feet to 1,000,000 square feet.
